  • Once the layout is decided then you will have to select the flowers which are to be planted. You can grow annuals, biennials, perennials and climbing vines. The selection of any of these must depend upon type and color of flowers that will will grow.
  • The duration which the flowers will take to complete their cycle must also be considered. For examples annuals complete there life cycle in single season only. They grow flowers, produce seeds and then die. It is for the same reason they are preferred to be grown on beds rather than on borders. Annuals require different bed in each season.
