Types of Herbs

Growing your own herbs
- You can start with perennial herbs like Mint if you are a beginner or any other perennial herb like Chives, Sage, Sweet Marjoram or Thyme.
- These herbs propagate from seed so you can easily grow them.
- Most of the seeds germinate in about 2-3 weeks and grow up to 2 feet tall.
- Most of these herbs grow well in rich soils so make sure your soil favors your herbs.
- You can pick the young and tender leaves of your herb plants and use them as you please.
